Against the reeds
The dying bloom of the now lavender wild geranium
Unfurled petals, like translucent rice paper tissue
Bent and splayed open
A crescendo before the dying
The pink within dying with grace
In the bright mid-morning light"
Felt for some refreshing lavender colors and scents before hitting the whiteness of the snow and the freezing temperatures up North brrrrr
